Today’s tip: PROTECT YOUR BRAIN, MOVE YOUR BUTT!
It is early Sunday morning. Most likely, you are reading this sitting or lying down. If lucky, on a good chair, with a proper position. If not that lucky, on your couch or bed, twisted like a pretzel or extended like a banana! It’s OK. I am not judging; I am just saying 😊. What does your ‘butt’ have to do with your ‘brain’? Well, according to Wendy Suzuki, everything! Unless you crave to have neck and back pain, grow wider instead of wiser; lose focus and memory; get depressed, or get grumpy, you may wish to listen to her explanation attentively.
By the way, on 11 December 2014, the United Nations proclaimed 21 June as the International Day of Yoga. What better way to put in practice today’s tip and celebrate this upcoming 21 June than joining any of the multiple free online or live activities?
